mStreet Support
mStreet gives an invitation-controlled community one place for households, plans, posts, groups, maps and trusted coordination.
Account and access help
- Sign in: Use Google, Apple or email with the same verified address attached to your invitation or claimed community identity.
- Wrong community or household: Open More → Switch community. If your identity is not claimed, use the in-app claim request so a community manager can review it.
- Delete your account: Open More → My profile & social links → Delete account. The app requires a clear confirmation before sending the request.
Privacy and location
- Every post or protected item shows its intended audience. Review the audience before saving.
- Community entry notifications are optional. Raw movement history stays on the device; turn sharing off under More → Community location pings.
- Remove uploaded photos through More → Manage uploaded photos.
Safety and moderation
Use Report on a profile, post or media item to send it to community owners. Block a member from the profile or conversation controls where available. If content presents an immediate safety risk, contact local emergency services first. For an urgent mStreet safety issue, email hello@civaren.com with the community name, item type and approximate time. Do not email home-access secrets, passwords or unnecessary personal records.
Contextual banner ads
The standard plan shows one Unity sponsor banner in a fixed strip below the app. It does not cover controls. If no ad is available, mStreet keeps the strip stable and retries in the background. Open More → mStreet Plus & ads → How contextual ads work for the in-app disclosure. mStreet Plus removes the banner.
Technical help
Email hello@civaren.com with the device model, operating-system version, mStreet version, whether you were on Wi-Fi or cellular, and what happened immediately before the problem. Do not include passwords, verification codes or protected household details.
